Terms of Service

These terms, together with our privacy and cookie policies, form the agreement between you and us. They do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

The Marketspace lists products from independent brands as well as items we sell ourselves. Every product page states clearly who the seller is. Where a brand sells to you directly, we act as a venue and introducer, not as the seller of that item.

• Direct and Supreme items, marked "Sold and shipped by B.U.T X FASHION". Your contract of sale is with B.U.T X FASHION LTD. We are responsible for the product, delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds.
• Affiliate items, marked "Sold by [brand]". You leave our site and complete the purchase on the brand's own website. Your contract is with that brand and their terms, delivery, cancellation and returns policies apply. We may earn a commission on such sales, which never changes the price you pay.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and confirm this at sign-up. If you are under 18 you may only make purchases with the permission of a parent or guardian. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or breach of these terms.

We take care to describe products accurately, and brands are contractually responsible for the accuracy of their own listings. Colours can vary between screens. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. If we discover a genuine pricing or description error before dispatch we will contact you and you may confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy. Payment is taken through our checkout provider. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. Where an item is unavailable we will tell you and refund in full.

For direct purchases you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full detail, including exclusions such as hygiene-sealed beauty items once opened, is set out in our returns and cancellations policy.

Do not misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to breach security, no uploading unlawful, infringing or harmful content, and no impersonation of a brand or professional. We may remove content and suspend access where these rules are broken.

Site content, branding and editorial imagery belong to B.U.T X FASHION LTD or our licensors. Brand and professional content belongs to those parties, who licence it to us for display and promotion. You may not reproduce site content commercially without written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability to you for a direct purchase is limited to the price paid for the item. We are not liable for products bought from a brand's own website through an affiliate link, though we will always help you reach the brand.
