Delivery

Items in the Supreme edit are held at our London facility. Order before 2pm on a working day and we dispatch the same day for delivery the next working day within the UK mainland. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

• Standard, 3 to 5 working days. Tracked.
• Express, 1 to 2 working days. Tracked and signed for.
• Supreme next working day. As above, for Supreme items ordered before 2pm.

Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland can take one to two extra working days. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

We ship to selected countries. Typical transit is 5 to 10 working days once dispatched. Import duties and taxes are payable by you on arrival and are not included in the price at checkout.

Unless we agree otherwise, we deliver within 30 days of your order. If we miss an agreed delivery date that was essential to you, or fail to deliver within 30 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Where a product page says "Sold by [brand]" the order is fulfilled by that brand from their own site, and their delivery times, costs and destinations apply. See our terms of service for how marketplace purchases work.
