Returns & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel a direct purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Tell us within that window by emailing info@butxfashion.co.uk with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

1. Email us your order number and the items you are returning.
2. We reply with a return address and a returns reference within two working days.
3. Pack the item unworn and unwashed, with tags and any sealed packaging intact, and send it with a tracked service.
4. Keep your proof of postage until the refund lands.

Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, in which case we refund your postage too.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of your proof of postage, whichever is earlier, to the original payment method. That includes standard outbound delivery; if you chose an express upgrade we refund the standard rate. Your bank may take a further three to five working days to show the credit.

• Hygiene-sealed beauty, skincare and haircare once the seal is broken or the product has been used.
• Earrings and other pierced jewellery, for hygiene reasons.
• Underwear, swimwear and hosiery where the hygiene strip has been removed.
• Made-to-order, bespoke or personalised pieces.
• Items returned worn, washed, altered, scented or damaged by you.

None of these exclusions affect your rights if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and you can choose a full refund. After 30 days we will repair or replace, and if that is not possible we refund. Send a photograph with your email so we can resolve it quickly.

Where a product page says "Sold by [brand]" you complete the purchase on the brand's own website and your contract is with them. Their cancellation, returns and refund policy applies, and returns must be arranged with them directly. If you cannot reach a brand, email info@butxfashion.co.uk and we will help you make contact.
